 WSAZ-TV NBC 3 NEWS, Huntington, WV: December 2013 to Present                                          Broadcast Meteorologist

  • Anchors and produces weather segments for the station’s evening shows, including the 4 PM, 5:30 PM, and 10 PM newscasts.

  • Prepares a daily forecast based on individual analysis of model and live weather data through various meteorological sources.

  • Works diligently during severe weather outbreaks by presenting continuous live coverage, interactive storm tracking and providing constant weather updates via various social media platforms.

  • Reports live on scene and is comfortable providing the weather forecast from different locations.

  • Uses the Clickability web content management system to update the daily weather outlook on the station's website.

    • Also uses Anvato, a video software platform, to upload video forecasts for the station's website.

 KGWN-TV CBS 5 NEWS, Cheyenne, WY: March 2012 to November 2013                                    Broadcast Meteorologist/ Co-Anchor

  • Anchors and produces weather segments for the station’s morning show, live cut-ins with the CBS Network, and the noon show.

    • Also anchors and produces a daily 15 min weather segment for KGWN’s sister station, NOCO 5.

  • Effectively presents the daily weather story by utilizing innovative graphics and short animated clips that visually demonstrate future weather patterns.
